Editor-in-Chief
All submitted manuscripts must comply with the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, and ethical standards. Manuscripts must demonstrate sufficient scholarly merit and originality and must be free from plagiarism. Similarity screening is conducted using plagiarism detection software.
1
Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial team evaluates whether the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope, follows the author guidelines, meets academic standards, and passes similarity screening.
2
Double-Blind Peer Review
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two expert reviewers under a double-blind system. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity.
3
Substantive Reviewer Comments
Reviewers provide academically rigorous and constructive comments intended to strengthen the manuscript’s argument, method, structure, and scholarly contribution.
4
Editorial Decision and Publication Planning
The editorial decision—acceptance, revision, or rejection—is based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the overall scholarly quality of the manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief finalizes publication decisions by considering the acceptance date, thematic relevance, and authors’ geographical diversity. Publication order is determined through editorial assessment and issue planning.
